Cedarworks Lobby

After completing the complete renovation of a condo unit in the Cedarworks Building at Rocketts Landing in Richmond, VA, we were commissioned by the condo association to makeover the building’s lobby and common spaces. This building was an old factory that was turned into warehouse style loft condos. The lobby had been designed previously in the expected industrial style with heavy leather furniture and lots of reclaimed wood and iron. We were asked to bring more elegance and color to give it more of a feel of a boutique hotel. The positive response to the new look has been overwhelming!
